Living a healthy and fit life is a state of mind not an action. I have always been that person to get so excited to start a new fitness routine or diet. Throughout my adult life I have been on this roller coaster. I always start out strong and eventually life takes over and I go back to my usual ways. 

It was when my state of mind changed from “I need to loose weight” to “I am going to eat right and exercise daily to feel great, be happier and enjoy my life to the fullest” 

I want to enjoy my kids and husband and be a great role model for them. They are my “Why” I changed my state of mind. Find you “Why” and you can change your state of mind too.
