 This photo is always in my head when I hop on the scale (which I’m trying to get away from doing). Lean muscle is so much smaller than is size than fat! Plus burns a ton more calories. 

Don’t be affraid of muscle, you need strength training in your workouts to get “toned” as so many people say they want.  So work it out!! And stop weighing yourself!! I’m trying 😊
