This 3 Day cleanse is the bomb-diggity! Is that a word? 
I hate posting belly photos, I hate taking them, never mind posting them! BUT, I have been talking to some of you about this cleanse and I just decided to get over myself and show you my results.

3 days=3 lb’s lost, 3 inches gone off my waist. Amazing right? 
Not to mention the fact that I felt less bloated, more regular(sorry tmi) and my evening craving for sweets was gone!

That was before the holidays and I’m feeling like I need to go for round 2.
