I’m sitting after a busy Sunday, with a glass of wine and thinking about a question that was asked on a team call last week……..
“What would your life be like without Beachbody in it?”
Seems simple enough, right? 
But then I thought about it for a bit…..
My answer was, “a piece of my heart would be missing” 

I’ve been a stay at home for most of the last 16 years. There were rough times where I had to pick up a part time job and ask family to work around my work schedule to watch my kids. 
After my divorce, I had to put my 3 year old baby into daycare. She hated it, I cried every day I dropped her off. I used to keep telling myself, “there is another solution to this”, “there is something bigger for me out there”. I knew it in my heart, but I couldn’t find it! Trust me, I searched! 
I was blessed to be able to stay home when I had my 3rd child. But, I was going to have to go back to work as soon as she was in school. That thought has stressed me out, since she was born. She will be 4 in 2 weeks. 
I’ve been a Beachbody Coach for just over a year and the sense of relief and butterflies is overwhelming when I think about how “I finally found the THING!!” This is the thing that was out there for me! I am at home with my girls, I get to work with really amazing, smart, loving and supportive people every day! I’m able to help support my family financially more than any part time job could do and I help people realize strength within themselves and reach goals that truly impact their lives in a positive way. 
So where would I be without Beachbody?? 
Sad, stressed about finding a part time job with mothers hours, not feeling the pride of being able to contribute financially to my family and worrying about who would bring kids to school, pick up, drive to gymnastics, dance, cover for sick days, vacation, most of you all ready know this stress. 
So, I’m sitting here feeling amazed at how a simple “have you ever thought about coaching?” Totally changed the course of my life for the better.

I love chicken. I could be a vegetarian, as long as I could eat chicken. My family, on the other hand, not so much.

It’s Tuesday!! You know that means transformation celebration!! 

Today is me! 

I’ve battled the scale my whole life. I wasn’t extremely heavy but I wasn’t happy with my body. I’ve gained and lost the same 10-20lbs through 3 pregnancies and a divorce. 

I was a little overweight, but It was mostly in my head. I lacked the confidence to see myself as others saw me. Once I found the support, and was shown the importance of personal development, I’ve never been the same! 

Thankfully!!

I’m honestly not at the “weight” I used to think was “ideal” but I am comfortable in my own skin and I’m happy!

So it’s Sunday, aaaahhhh. I love Sunday’s! They are a day of reflection and planning for the week ahead. 

I stay in my pj’s longer than I should and sometimes all day, shhhhhh. 

I drink too much coffee and don’t do my hair. Lol. I scroll through Pinterest and choose all of the healthy delicious recipes to pin, that I will never actually make. But it’s nice to imagine it. 😉. 

Today will be different!! Maybe. 

I have decided, I should try to make one of my pinned meals every Sunday. So here goes! 

I’ll update later, when(If) I make this and how it was 😬

I’m 40. Ahhh, yes 40!! Lol, I can remember when I thought 30 was old. 😂
I’ve lived most of the last 20 years of my life, waking through aimlessly. Just doing what I knew I had to do to get “through” life. 
After a divorce that shook me up, I started to actively look and pray for the “something, opportunity” that was going to “change” my life, I knew there had to be more than this. 
I had no idea what that was! Lol I just knew in my heart, there was something that was going to take me out of the “get through life” mode.
My prayers were answered when I was invited to join a health & fitness group to help me lose those last 10 stubborn baby weight lbs. 
At 40 years old, I’m building my own business, meeting new amazing people and actually helping others be the best they can be. I feel like I’m exactly where I want to be. My heart is now content. 
Don’t settle for “getting through” life!! It’s never too late to find your passion and make it part of your life! Find the Best Version Of You, and be it!!!

Hydration is Key!

As a busy mom, I have definitely gotten to the end of the day and thought, “did I drink anything today??” 

We lose track of time, or we just don’t want to stop what we’re doing and then we get beyond the thirsty point and just forget, right? 

Since I became a health & fitness coach a little over a year ago, I realized how important water actually is to my body. I used to get heart palpitations a lot. I’ve had multiple cardiographs done and all have come back fine. Every time, my Dr. Told me, it was because I was dehydrated. But I felt fine!! 

Or at least I thought so. When I started paying closer attention and began drinking about 70 ounces of water a day, it became clear. Not just my urine ( lol, that does happen too!) 

I actually had more energy during the day. I didn’t over eat at meals, and (sorry TMI) I was actually going to the bathroom like a normal person!! Always with a child in the room, but I was going! 

Fellow moms will understand what I mean by “going” 😜

So drink your water!! Add lemon, berries, mint, cucumber whatever makes it taste the best to you, but do it!!
