Why do I love the New 2B Mindset Program??

I’ve been heavy and I’ve been thin. I have been happy and miserable at both of those times. Your weight does not dictate your happiness, I know. As I get older, I do realize that how you FEEL about your weight can have a big effect on it.

Ive Done a million diets, cleanses, starved myself, counted calories, points and grueling fitness programs. Sometimes I would lose weight and feel pretty happy, but then I would get tired of counting, measuring, or just feeling deprived, and I would end up sabotaging it all and gaining it all back.

That was my vicious cycle. Becoming a Beachbody Coach made a huge difference in my life, 3 1/2 years ago. I LEARNED how to eat for my health! How to exercise for weight loss or muscle toneing.

Here’s a secret….. I still battled with subconscious thoughts about foods I “CANT HAVE” or feelings of guilt after “CHEATING” and eating cake.  I thought that was normal.

Its NOT. These thoughts cause us stress. They lead us to feeling ashamed and guilty. They can even push us down the opposite path. The crazy part???? It’s all in our heads! These actions all stem from what we “think”.

The Good news??? We have TOTAL CONTROL over our thoughts!!! We can change them!

And that’s why I love the New 2B Mindset Program!! This program has showed me that I don’t need to stress about what a I eat! I can lose weight, maintain or even gain weight by knowing these 2B Principles.

Thats why I became a Certified 2B Mindset Mentor. Now I am learning and teaching my Mentor Group and we are working on it together! We are losing weight, keeping it off and feeling happy and satisfied along the way!

This is a major breakthrough in weight loss and living a healthy happy life.

Being a mom is hard!! Teaching you’re children how to be a good human and love others and themselves is hard! 

The one thing I have realized is you get back what you give. Our children do what we do, act how we act, look at themselves the way we look at ourselves. 

It’s not easy and I am sure I’m screwing up every day, lol. But my children are kind hearted and caring. They enjoy life and they love themselves. 

My youngest is 4 and she has started joining in on my workouts. I love it! She feels strong and she loves learning new moves. 

She is always watching. They all are. We need to be our children’s role models. ​

Since today is the official release of the New program CORE De FORCE, so I had to share this lovely ladie , amazing results!

Today I tried our NEW fitness program, CORE De FORCE. Ammmaaahhaazing!! 

So fun, quick and sweaty! Be on the lookout for my December group doing this program!! It’s going to be a game changer!!

How many times have you started a fitness program and then faded out by week 2? 

I’ve done it way too many times. People always think I just exercise daily and eat well with little effort. NOT!! 

I’m great at coaching others! I love watching people succeed and see how much more they can do that they thought. But I need motivation to do it for myself. 

So I have committed to the 21 Day Fix Program and Shakeology for 21 Days. I have a small group of ladies doing it along side me and I’m feeling really good this time! 

We all need a push sometimes and I’m grateful that I have a group I can lean on to push me while I push them! 

Today was Day 1! I am going to post a pic everyday on here to help keep me that much more accountable! I am determined to lose 10 lbs over the next 20 days. Let’s do this!!

As a health and fitness coach I hear the phrase, “I don’t have the time”, every day. 

Being a mom of 3 I know what it’s like to be busy and have every second of your day scheduled. But, within that schedule is, Dentis appt, Shower, brush my teeth, get gas for the car. 

Those things are scheduled in because they are a priority to you. You can’t say, “I just don’t have the time to stop for gas”. Because without it, you won’t get where you’re going anyway! 

Think of your body, like your car, exercise and healthy food is your gas. If you don’t make time to fuel your body, it won’t get you where you want to go. 

So maybe we need to think about exercise and healthy eating in a different way…..

It needs to be a priority

I love this quote! 
It can mean so many different things to everyone. 

I first saw it when I had joined a health and fitness challenge group over a year ago. I realized, if I wanted to actually be fit and in good health, I was going to have to change my lifestyle and my mind set. And I did, because I was ready! 
The next time this quote really spoke to me was when I decided to take a giant step out of my comfort zone and join Beachbody as a coach. And I did, because I knew I was meant for bigger things than sitting in an office every day working for someone else’s dreams. Again, I had to change my lifestyle and my mind set. 

Making a change, big or small in your life, is scary. But without fear, there is no change. Embrace the fear and go for whatever it is you need to change in your life! It will be worth it!!

Transformation Tuesday! 
This actually took a lot for me to post. But as a Beachbody coach, I’m always telling others that the only way to get fit and healthy is to put the work in and eat right. 
There is no magic pill and it does not happen over night. 
On the left is a picture of me with my oldest girls and pregnant with my 3rd at age 36. 
Any woman who has been pregnant, especially a couple of times and into your late 30’s, knows that getting your body back is no easy task. 
The picture on the right is 10 months after I decided to stop making excuses and looking for a short cut and to, just do the work. Eat clean and exercise. I actually am starting to see my abs!! Now, I’m not at my “goal” weight, but I am comfortable in my own skin. 
I’m a work in progress. I fluctuate in weight and I fall off the exercise wagon now and again like everyone else. I like wine and sweets and def indulge when I want. But that’s ok!
