I am addicted!! To health and fitness challenge groups. I was wrangled into doing one by a friend and then I became obsessed! I love the motivation and accountability. It’s the ONLY thing that has kept me on track with my workouts and healthy eating. I have become so much stronger, leaner and lost lbs and inches to boot!
