40 years old, anxiety, at home mothers, be happy, depression, divorced moms, happiness, mid life crisis, moms, new life, single moms, soccer mom, start over, stay at home mom, the best you

I’m 40. Ahhh, yes 40!! Lol, I can remember when I thought 30 was old. 😂
I’ve lived most of the last 20 years of my life, waking through aimlessly. Just doing what I knew I had to do to get “through” life.
After a divorce that shook me up, I started to actively look and pray for the “something, opportunity” that was going to “change” my life, I knew there had to be more than this.
I had no idea what that was! Lol I just knew in my heart, there was something that was going to take me out of the “get through life” mode.
My prayers were answered when I was invited to join a health & fitness group to help me lose those last 10 stubborn baby weight lbs.
At 40 years old, I’m building my own business, meeting new amazing people and actually helping others be the best they can be. I feel like I’m exactly where I want to be. My heart is now content.
Don’t settle for “getting through” life!! It’s never too late to find your passion and make it part of your life! Find the Best Version Of You, and be it!!!

dehydration, drink water, drinking water, fitness, health, healthy life, hydration, lemon water, moms, more energy, stay at home mom, water, weightloss, wellness

As a busy mom, I have definitely gotten to the end of the day and thought, “did I drink anything today??”

We lose track of time, or we just don’t want to stop what we’re doing and then we get beyond the thirsty point and just forget, right?

Since I became a health & fitness coach a little over a year ago, I realized how important water actually is to my body. I used to get heart palpitations a lot. I’ve had multiple cardiographs done and all have come back fine. Every time, my Dr. Told me, it was because I was dehydrated. But I felt fine!!

Or at least I thought so. When I started paying closer attention and began drinking about 70 ounces of water a day, it became clear. Not just my urine ( lol, that does happen too!)

I actually had more energy during the day. I didn’t over eat at meals, and (sorry TMI) I was actually going to the bathroom like a normal person!! Always with a child in the room, but I was going!

Fellow moms will understand what I mean by “going” 😜

So drink your water!! Add lemon, berries, mint, cucumber whatever makes it taste the best to you, but do it!!

Ok Moms, let’s get serious here.

Being a stay at home mom is amazing! We get to see our children grow up, go to all of their games and practices and get hugs and snuggles in the middle of the day!!
We are sooo lucky, right???
Lol, it’s not that simple!!
Don’t get me wrong, I wouldn’t change being an at home mom for anything, BUT…..

We clean bums and noses all day

Wipe up spill after spill

We’re always stepping in something sticky, finding food in places where there just shouldn’t be food and yelling things like “get your mouth off the toilet!”

For once, I would love to go to the bathroom alone. Or shower, alone. Or do anything alone, actually.
I know we are blessed. But, being so blessed comes with some not so great benefits.
We are around food all day long! The food our kids like and can somehow eat 2 bites of and leave the rest. Of course we can’t let it go to waist, so we eat it. A handful of fish crackers here, the crust from the pb&j there. Oh, you didn’t want that half of your grilled cheese? No worries, mom will eat it.

Now, don’t get me started on finding time to exercise!! What?? Get up at 4:30 am to run on the treadmill in my gloomy basement?? Um, no thanks. I’m sorry, I just can’t! Am I alone here??
My alarm clock is my 3 year old and by the time I’m done putting all 3 kids to bed, the only exercise I want is the bicep curl of a glass of wine coming up to my lips!
“But you’re a Health & Fitness Coach!” I know, I know. But I’m a mom and a wife first. I struggled with all of that above for years and years. I’ve never been “thin” I’ve struggled with those 10-20 lbs my whole life, until I was invited to a “CHALLENGE GROUP”!
A simple little challenge group changed the course of my life. No joke.
-Are you tired of being tired?
-Want to feel good in your own skin?

-Be able to give a little more to your family?

-Be a good example for your children?

I got #MOMSTRONG and I want you to get #MOMSTRONG with me!
Fill out this quick survey and I’ll get back to you with all the details, ASAP

#girlboss, #momboss, at home job, be a badass, be your own boss, health and fitness, home business, stay at home mom

I always knew I was going to do something great, work wise. I honestly had no idea what that was going to be, especially since I was a stay at home mother and that has always been my passion.

But, I knew there was going to be more to my life than a stay at home mom. My children would be big someday and not need me as much and eventually have their own lives.

Then I was offered the opportunity I didn’t know I had been looking for.

My friend asked me if I would be interested in becoming her “business partner” in her Beachbody biz.  She had offered me the opportunity of a lifetime, though I hadn’t realized it yet.

Now, 8 month later, I run my own business, make my own hours, work as much or as little as I choose. The best part it, I am helping people achieve their health and fitness goals!

Tonight at 9pm EST, my friend and fellow top coach, is doing a live webinar of what and how we run our Beachbody Businesses.

I invite you to join me and take a look at the opportunity. It could change your life.
