The story of why I was out of shape was, I have small children and don’t have time. I believed it! Until I realized I was full of sh**! If you want to be healthier, happier and set a good example for your children, take care of yourself! Over the next few days I am going to post some ideas on how to get fit with your kids!
Old school gym class stations. I hated them! These are more fun because you make them up! Choose 5 exercises and so each for 1 min and repeat circuit 5 times.

4. Jump rope (pretend works too)
5. Burpees (you know you love’em!)
Easy way to get in an overall body workout in 25 min with your kids in the room! Make it fun!
